Changes for Employees
When to notify our office:
Change in address, phone, email address*
Change in Name; Marriage, Divorce, other Please provide new documents with new name.
Change in payroll deduction for taxes (federal or state)*
New direct Deposit account ( needed 10 days prior to pay date)*
You need a payroll summary for State benefits, loans, other institutions. Please provide at least two business days for this report. Alternatively, you can also access your payroll records through Paylocity. To learn about finding and viewing checks, check out this video: https://use.vg/LD5IAu
*You can also submit changes in address, phone, email, direct deposit and taxes, by logging into your Paylocity account and entering them yourself.
